This striking, low growing compact, perennial plant is famous for its foliage, which is light green with darker green to maroun coloured dashes between red leaf veins. It prefers a moist but well drained soil. Water and feed more frequently during the warmer months but let dry out on top in winter, before watering. It loves a warm spot inside with indirect light.
